Comments: Outlets do not work and GTZ has not responded to my phone calls. Now their voice mail is full so we can't leave a message. Hopefully this and other similar reviews will encourage them to return my calls.

Work Description: Repair or Replace a kitchen ceiling light

I selected this company to replace a faulty Fluorescent Kitchen light. After determining that the existing ballast replacement would have to be ordered and would take 3-4 days to arrive, we opted to have the whole light replaced. Their estimate to perform the work was very reasonable.
First and foremost, their representative, John, showed up on time. That is a big thumbs up for me. He was very personable and professional. Next, he came in assessed the work and explain thoroughly what he was going to do. He finished the work quickly and cleaned up after himself.
We were so pleased with his work, that we had him look at another project and asked him to provide us with a written estimate. We will definitely use this company again.
