Within the 15 Yrs of experience, I have great appreciation for papa's painting and am grateful for the ability to be an artist of painting and also many other traits. Being the business owner, I take great delight and detail in what I do, I specialize in interior and exterior painting, hardwood floors, rough framing, drywall, trim work, deck staining pre-prepping for paint jobs, pressure washing vinyl siding , decks, driveways! no matter what job I take on I do it the right way!! My business is successful because the work I do is done to perfection. And the number one priority is customer satisfaction. My responsibility is to make the customer happy and that's what I thrive to do.

I Love my job and everything I do. It brings me peace and happiness! I really enjoy working in the field of construction. And that we are capable of doing all things in the field. They started the work the next day after I told them they go the job. It is solid and well-built. My mom will not have any problems getting into and out of her house. Comments: NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AT ALL!We agreed to have them pour and form the cement Base, as per manufacturers instructions, for a reasonable price instead of assembling and installing the entire Hoop. Scheduling was very easy, communication was great, and the guy who did the project worked hard and was easy to work with.
PROBLEM: Upon Installation of the backboard on the base, it seems to not be holding the post securely like the concrete was mixed or poured incorrectly (maybe a bad mix ratio or something - I'm not sure). Upon communicating this to Trevor, he quickly said it's not on them with no attempt to investigate what the problem might be. He also informed me that the work was NOT guarrantied because he did not install the backboard/Hoop (a fact that he did NOT communicate prior to hiring them). He offered to fix it for a price, again, without investigating the issue. However, if it was not guarrantied the first time, I'm not sure why I'd hire them to fix it assuming the work wouldn't be guarrantied the the second time.
Text message was the method of communication throughout the entire process. When I tried to text my concern of fixing the issue, communication stopped. For a company which claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, I'm truly disappointed because this does not seem to be the case. As of now, I would NOT hire them again. Our basket goal remains standing unsecure.

After getting an estimate and signing a Docu-Sign form on-line making it seem all official and good the pressure washer guys shows up to do the job. Then leaves to get some more supplies but doesn't show back up like he said. Never called to let me know what was going on. The guy in charge (the boss) had the pressure washer tied up with other jobs and thus left my job to do another job without telling me. Poor communication and unprofessional. The pressure washing work was good on the siding but incomplete with the deck. The guy responsible for the staining of the deck didn't do two coats of the white trim and didn't sand anywhere. Comments: Overall the fence was done well and we were able to get it at a reasonable price. Took a little longer than expected but was done fairly quickly. There were a few cons. The holes weren't filled in well enough. Where our fence connects to our neighbors there was a hole where the post was put in and our neighbors dog tried to go under their fence from the hole and got stuck but we were able to get her out ok but that hole should have been filled. There was nails ALL OVER our driveway and luckly we found them so we didn't drive over one. Cups and trash was left everywhere and there was a spilled coffee on our porch and there was thousands of ants. Comments: Never again! This was the worst home improvement of my life. The owner substituted cheaper paint than agreed upon. After I discovered this violation two days into the painting, the owner bought the correct paint. Part of the job was re-caulking some of the window panes, but several remain without caulk at all. A putty knife was not used to smooth caulking, nor was a painters knife used to straighten the over painting on the glass. This has left wavy and dimpled paint lines on the glass. In general, much work still needs to be done but Trevor, the owner, will not complete the work nor correct the mistakes made. CAUTION if you plan to use Papa’s Painting. BEWARE.
