OPD is locally owned and operated with an unlimited plumbing with the licensing board of North Carolina (Class 1 Unlimited P1-22910). OPD is a trusted service, repair and drain cleaning business. We are a small plumbing company that takes pride in providing our customers with a well-trained, professional service technician who will troubleshoot and find the problem and then discuss the best solution with you. Some diagnosis may have more than one solution. In this case, our technician will discuss all aspects of the solutions with you and help you decide which one is best for you.

The technician showed up on time, identified the problem, and had the tub draining like it should be within 15 minutes. The technician was very courteous and professional.
