Work Description: Bedroom ceiling fan install

Comments: I paid for 3 ceiling fans to be installed. He damaged the ceiling in all three bedrooms. One ceiling fan had exposed wiring showing. Another ceiling fan shook vigorously when turned on. He said since it was so late at night he had to come back the next day to fix those things they were simple repairs. It has been two weeks and he has blocked my number. I had to call another electrician to finish the work and someone else to repair the damage ceiling

I found this company on the internet, called, left a message and received a return phone call in less then a half hour. When I explained my problem, he set up an appointment for the next day. He was prompt and explained everything to me as he fixed my problem. They were polite and professional. My problem was taken care of in less than an hour! If I have any other issues with my electricity, I will be sure to call him again. I recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

Comments: Do not hire Osaam for any job big or small. He doesn’t do the work you hired him to do but expects to be paid. He insists on selling you an electrical panel you don’t need and it’s the wrong one for your home. He was supposed to rewire my whole house only did 2 rooms and stopped. Was supposed to add a ground for the house and didn’t. It’s costing me another $4,000 to fix the work he didn’t do but was paid for. In my opinion, he’s either incompetent, a con man or both. Stay Away!!!

Comments: Osaam install a panel and was to install ground. He charged $5000. He did not put meter back in its original place. I called BGE and they inspected the panel install and said they won’t touch the work until the correct panel installed. Also Osaam did not install any grounding. We called 2 other electrical companies and they all said the same they will not touch the current work. So now we have to get the same work completed again. This was a complete financial lost and he left us with a extremely hazardous situation. Be careful who you hire.

Comments: Osaam informed me that the new circuit box that he was supposed to install on Saturday came in late Saturday and so he will come Sunday. I received a text Sunday saying he will come Monday. He comes Monday to drop off the circuit box and Informed me that the power would be out for a few hours and it was too late In the day to start the job. He came back Tuesday and completed the job. He installed a fuse box and a 220 plug for an oven. He tried to charge me more to connect the oven and I said I’ll find someone else to do it. I told him when I agreed for him to do the work that I could only pay by credit card. He told me his credit card machine was down but by the time he completes the job, it will be working. He completed the job and informed me that his credit card machine was still down. What if I didn’t have the funds to pay for the job? He also did not check to see if the outlets were back working and left my backup sump pump with an alarm going off. My kitchen outlets were not working. I called him and he told me want to do. He also did not label the different fuses on my box and so I have no idea what is what. He was a very nice guy, but i would never want work done by this company again.
