He came on Tuesday, but did not have the part needed to repair the door, he told me he would try to come back in a few days to repair. They installed the new opener in a very professional manner, and put new rollers in the garage door. I can barely hear the thing going up and down now. Oscar at Ortiz Garage Door called back immediately when the my call was dropped before we could speak. He offered me a *very* competitive quote and was able to have someone here as quickly as I was ready for them to come.Oscar's dedication to great customer service came through in our phone conversation. As it is rare to talk to someone who really seems to value customer service, I scheduled his team on the spot. They arrived at my house promptly. They were well dressed in clean uniforms and very put-together. They were incredibly polite and considerate. The installation was done promptly. They went (in my estimation) above and beyond by cleaning the door once it was installed and sweeping out the garage when they finished their work.
