Description: Our main focus is quality backed by over 35 years of experience in multiple areas of the construction field. Prior to our 2007 business model change to renovations when establishing in Florida, we built custom homes in Delaware (as Oroscos Construction) starting way back in 1988! We will never cut corners and always provide a turn key price. Many competitors will provide a lower initial cost but come back with multiple add-on costs throughout the project because they under bid it based on their lack of experience in this field. Our number one priority is to provide a quality project at a reasonable price based on a complete job.
