Comments: Signed a contract 2 months ago and they have been completely unresponsive. Customer service phone number is not answered. I can’t comment on the quality of their work.If you enjoy wasting 2 months of your own time, 50+ phone calls, and still not receiving the service you contracted for, go with Orbit. Extremely unprofessional.

Comments: Work done on roof in February and was way over charged. Roof was looked at via satellite and was told there was two layers in writing. Price was documented beforehand. Contract stated that if there was extra work needed to be done I would be informed and would need signature to approve work. This never happened. Orbit did not follow protocol. I have called the sales guy and the company so many times and no one has returned my call. I do not have an accurate invoice. Invoice shows I have 5 extra layers and 22 sheets of plywood to be put on a rowhouse. I have already put deposit down but the remainder balance is UNBELIEVABLE.
