Work Description: Freezer drain cleared
Comments: After having another service repair guy come and the just the symptom, that is putting on a new gasket and removing the ice on the bottom, the problem returned after a week.Alex from Orange appliance repair diagnose the problem immediately as being the drain. He took it all apart and took care of the problem. He also pulled the refrigerator out and inspected the back and did some things back there. He really went above and beyond.

Comments: We were referred to Orange Appliance through our home warranty company, but the experience was extremely frustrating. The technician spent over a month and made more than three visits merely attempting to diagnose our dryer and fridge issues. On his final visit, he stated that our dryer needed to be replaced—a recommendation he said he would submit to the warranty company—while our fridge required a part that he planned to order and install later.After another month of silence, I contacted the home warranty company and learned that no solution had been submitted. When I then reached out to the owner of Orange Appliance, he informed me that the timer needed replacing not the dryer unit. Although we eventually hired a different contractor for the dryer, we hoped to resolve the fridge issue through Orange Appliance since they already had the necessary part. Unfortunately, the owner promised to handle it himself, missed the appointment, and began screening my calls. Overall, their service was unreliable, unprofessional, and a poor example of both craftsmanship and customer care.
