Work Description: Washing Machine Repair
Comments: One Nation is the worst company that I've dealt with. Firstly, they rarely answer their phone. I left 4-5 messages and they never returned my calls. The Protection Plan Warranty Co., Assurant, made an appt. for me on a Friday, but because they did not look at the appts for that day, Jordan had to schedule for Monday. When Monday came One Nation did a NO CALL, NO SHOW. After calling 4-5 times that Monday while leaving messages, Jordan finally answered and told me that he had me scheduled for the following Tuesday. What??!! I informed him that I had to work but would do my best to take off to come while the technician was there. Well, I was not able to get off because of an important meeting. So, I called, and called to reschedule, but again, NO ANSWER!! Finally, the technician arrived at my home during my meeting and I had to quietly leave the meeting to inform him that I had to reschedule. So, Jordan contacted me and I told him that we had to reschedule so, he asked if I was available on Friday (3 days later!). I then told Jordan to cancel my order all together. Assurant, Protection warranty company scheduled an appt. with Flash Appliances and they have been great! they came when they said they would, they answer their phone, they email you to confirm appts, etc. Very professional! I would advise that you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONE NATAION, LLC. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and not efficient. Even Assurant, protection warranty company tried contacting One Nation and could not get through. That's why they scheduled me with Flash Appliances. I will NEVER use One Nation, LLC for business. Comments: Do not use this company. Zero stars because no work was done. I was forced to provide 1 star or I would not be able to submit the review. They will make you wait all day and then when the employee arrives he will not have the equipment to complete the repairs. Very disgusted. (Miramar, FL)Fort Lauderdale FL
