Comments: I've been very pleased with the work Once Only Masonry did on my crumbling/non-existent foundation. Patrick was quick to respond to my inquiry, was able to come out for an inspection the next day, and to provide me an estimate on the spot. Work began 2 days later, and though it was worse than I thought, he was transparent with the work required, and provided regular daily updates. Patrick was on site every day until the job was done, as was his crew, and he was fairly priced. I'd definitely do business again!Chelsea MA
