Comments: Florian Appliances came out to troubleshoot our washing machine. After thoroughly checking it out he was able to determine that the motherboard was getting power but not sending power to the circuit board. The cost to repair was more than the original cost of the washer so it wasn't worth repairing and therefore I can only rate the diagnostic portion. He was very nice and explain to me what the issue was. He told me what he would need to do to fix it and made sure I understood what he was talking about.
