Work Description: Wrought Iron Fence Install

Comments: I hired them, but they are not very dependable. They started the project without all the required material in hand! I don't know when or if they will finish the project.
Mr. Ridge we tried to resolve this but it was as a labor job and you supply the materials. We saw that you were not happy and after the back in forth we gave the sprinkler repair at no cost. You had a day of a wonderful crew at no cost. You had stated that you wanted me as owner to stay on job while the experience crew we have was done. Unfortunately that isn't a possible because we have other customers that need our time as well. It was definitely a misunderstanding which in construction sometimes happens. Sorry to hear you are upset and you can give me a call anytime if you have any more questions and concerns. Wish you the very best.
