Work Description: Replace storm door broken by landcaper
Comments: A worker shattered my glass storm door on 6/10/24. Instead of Chris Stancel, owner, ordering the door from Lowes online and have it installed by a professional, He asked his buddy to do it. His buddy installed the door incorrectly and Chris refused to get it fixed. Chris has lied to me from day one about everything. He never had any intentions of replacing my door. He only had to because he has a contract with the management of my HOA. Chris promised to fix my door twice and has not followed through on anything. He will never call you back. You have to initiate everything. Chris has also been lying to the HOA management telling them my door is fine. Chris also told me to have someone fix the door and he would reimburse me. Yeah right. Finally got an HOA repair man to check out my door today who confirmed the obvious- the door isn’t right. Beware hiring Chris. He is not an ethical person, lies and doesn’t guarantee hos work..Taylors SC
