Work Description: To hang heavy drapery

Comments: They contacted me with my request, but the communication was very unprofessional and seemed shady. They did not talk me through proper steps and they seemed confused every time they reached to me. They kept texting me and saying things like “we might be able to get you worked in next week” but they never asked me details of my project. I began to get a bad feeling and then they reached out a final time and said “we had told you we would be able to help, but we won’t be able to.” The whole thing was very unprofessional. They dragged me on for over a week with random weird texts. Luckily, I began to get a bad feeling and had already told myself I would not work with them before their final text to say they decided not to come.
We are brand new to Networx and coming in it was recommended that we take on a handyman role as well as drywall, to help our lead flow. We did that and established a maximum travel distance. When this opportunity came, I responded immediately to it, not realizing that it was in an area outside of our travel zone. When I realized this and that I didn't have anyone to take care of it, I had already talked with customer and felt an obligation to try to get it done for her. Unfortunately, it took several days to get in touch with people and/or to get calls back. By then almost a week had elapsed. I texted her as quickly as I made this determination. In retrospect I should have done it immediately. We have around 100 leads on different and well-known lead service with a 5-star rating (4.8). On that site there is not a single 1-star rating. There are 81 5-star, 12 4-star, 2 3-star, and 1 2-star. The 1-star rating that I have with this customer is not based on work performance, but on an error on my part in trying to be sure she was taken care of. If you have doubts about our reviews feel free to sent me a message and I will give you the name of the other leads company so you can look it up for yourself. My apology to Danielle Colon. Our intentions were honorable, it just didn't work out. :-)
