Work Description: 2 toilets at my business needed either a new flap or basic adjustment so it would flush properly and one toilet was leaking in the tank. Basic parts and repairs on toilets.
Comments: Sadly they had hired a man with supposedly 20 years experience who came the first trip. He was 2 hrs late, did not complete the job properly and overcharged me by twice the amount. I had to call back because things still were not working properly. The second plumber was definitely more impressive and I was refunded the money overcharged. However I had to do all the follow up after complaining about the work and telling them I had stopped payment on the check. Won't call again with my 50/50 odds.
