Work Description: Suppose to be a complete house renovation

Comments: They called me every day or close to it to find out if I heard anything from the insurance company yet about the 1st installment The check ended up going straight to the so called company for $25,000 and then I hadn't heard from them for 3 n a half weeks after that even with attempted messages and calls. Finally they came to meet up with me to get the application signed for the permits and said they would have the permits applied for by the following Tuesday. The following Friday I contacted them and they told me that they had already been to the city hall and had paid their engineer. I asked for some kind of proof of something and they told me that they would send the invoice to the mortgage company and I could get it from them . Monday I called City Hall and found out that they hadn't heard anything from anyone. I fired the company and asked for the money to be sent back where they got it bc they hadn't done anything at all a month later. They told me that they were charging me a $14,000 penalty for an inconvenience fee and they would send back the last 5-6 thousand. Yet not one thing was paid for at all that I could get out of the rest of it. Hell if u click on the website it's Chinese and porn looking stuff. Now I have to sue the company to get my money back.
