We started out our business in 1993 in Cleveland Ohio working for Homeowners, and slowly worked our way into doing work for Investors doing full rehab work on houses they bought. That gave us a lot of experience doing more of what older homes need. Today we do work for Banks doing mold remediation work, clean outs, and winterization. Work Description: I own a number of rental properties and I have used Northcoast Contractors to do a whole bunch of repairs on those.
Comments: You name it, whether it be big or small, I have used them. They have always been dependable and their rates are great. I continue to use them because they are reliable and I know I can always count on them to do the job right.-
