Comments: This is a rental property, I live in another state. I requested Normans to give me an estimate, before any work was done. He went out a placed an elbow on top of the hot water heater and tried to charge me a $125 service charge plus parts and labor. In most cases the service charge is waived if repairs are done. I paid for parts and labor. Regardless, he should have contacted me before he did anything.New Orleans LA

Comments: Highly recommend....price was great and Tommy was very helpful. My water heater needed replacing. Tommy called Whirlpool and found out my heater was still under warranty.
