Comments: First and foremost the plumber had poor sense of directions and late. Second did not come with all the tools and equipment he needed for the job. He came out to assess and identify the problem, told me what was needed and expected me to pick up the parts from a hardware store. Third he had water leaking from my ceiling as a cause of poor installation. Finally he took seven hours to finish what I later found out was a two hour job.
