Comments: I hired Nexgen Construction Services LLC to paint the 2 end walls and front over the door (on the outside of my house), after many texts back and forth about color, he decided not to come out, because his brother had an app on his computer that could determine the color. They came out beginning of July, and pressure washed and painted with one coat (the offer they gave me was to include a complementary pressure wash of the complete property, including walkways at no charge, that never happened).The pressure washing wasn't done properly, there was still dirt and dead bugs, that they just painted over it, with only one coat of paint. The paint color is wrong, it's a yellowish color and not the white/off white, that my house is, plus rain had washed some of the paint off, which I told them, and they were supposed to come back out and repair the damaged paint. I told them that I could live with the sides being the wrong color, but not the front, so they were gonna redo the front, and he told me he had some white paint from another job, he could use for that. I also had hired them to paint the ceiling in my bathroom, and that was to be done when they came back out for repairs/redo. I have now had 9 days scheduled with them, and every time they are a "no show". When I contact them to hear why they have not arrived as scheduled, the excuses have been many: sick, stuck on I-4, had to get a tool to get a lock of his wheel, dropped his phone from 10" ladder, weather where he was at (but fine weather at my house), waiting on an inspector at another job, he mixed up the dates and so on. Last time I was also told to purchase the paint that he previously had told me he already had, to redo the piece over my front door, that was painted the wrong color, and he gave me an estimate to do so. So I had to remind him that it was a redo because of wrong color, on his part. Anyway, last scheduled day with them was November 22nd., and again it was a no show. I am done with them, and wholeheartedly advise everyone to avoid trying to work with them. If anyone are in doubt of the truthfulness of this, I am happy to supply texts between them and myself, and pictures, I have saved it all. I have been very kind and well-mannered in my texts, as have they. The problem is, they just don't bother to do good work, keep their appointments, or even bother to cancel, I had to contact them every time. I am extremely disappointed, and now I have to pay once again to have the work done, needless to say, I am in no way happy, and I DO NOT recommend this company!!!-
