Comments: He was assigned to install an AC unit by my insurance provider and he never showed up for the install, he said he said he would be here between 2-3, never even bothered to respond to me when I asked why he didn't show. I had the insurance company call him and they told me he would call in 20min to reschedule but I never got a call.
