Work Description: Crawl space clean up

Comments: I don’t where to start! This job was for my sick elderly mother. I reached out through Yelp and Dean contacted me right away. He came out and gave an estimate. Price was very good but more than my mom could afford. He worked with me/her and we came up with a comfortable price and she would get financing through the company he uses. He allowed my mom to finance the down payment so no money upfront because she did not have. She qualified for financing and he came out and did the work. Beautiful work, already her electric bill is down $250. Her electric bills were running at 500. He even reattached a vent house that had fallen without us knowing. This is where this company and especially Dean blows my mind!!! After he did the work the finance company decided they wanted proof of her income. So he did the work and now received no money after the finance company approved her. I assured him he would be paid even if I had to borrow money he would get paid. He said he trusted me. It took me almost 2 weeks to get the paperwork he needed. With my mom being sick and me having to reach out to social security and her pension and hoping I got the mail before she threw it out, was not easy. He never once harassed me for the money, he said he trusted me and he waited. Well it all turned great! The work was done, I was able to get the paperwork needed and the financing went through. Dean is the most compassionate person I’ve ever done business with. He understood what we were going through with my mom and he worked with us. Yes his work was beautiful! For me though who he is is even more beautiful. We need more business people like him in this world. Compassionate, understanding , no money hungry and trusting. I’d recommend Dean again and again. You won’t be sorry!!!

Comments: I ENJOYED WORKING WITH DEAN (NC FOAM PROS) GETTIN MY MOMS HOUSE UPDATED WITH THE PROPER INSULATION. THE HOIUSE WAS BUILT IN THE LATE 50’S AND NO INSULATION WAS PRESENT!!!!. DEAN AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME , LEFT NO MESS BEHIND, DID A WALKTHROUGH BEFORE AND AFTERWARDS. I WOULD DEFINITELY AND ALREADY HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO A COUPLE FRIENDS.

Comments: NC Foam pros sprayed 3000sqft of foam for me this past week. Dean was quick to respond to get me an initial on site visit and quote. He quickly got back with me on any questions and concerns. He also offered several options of what was available and reviewed the benefits of each. The day the work started a complete walk through was done before the long task of prep work began. After 2 longs days of work they had everything cleaned up and I was very happy with the job. I can't wait to get started on the next portion of the project. I will gladly recommend NC Foam Pros for any insulation job.

Comments: We called NC Foam Pros for an estimate a few weeks ago and were quite happy with the price and attention we received from the tech that came out for the estimate. Our house is roughly 2800 sqft, NC Foam Pros sprayed the walls and Roofdeck with cleaning up in less than 7 hours. Dean the manager was great with keeping us in the loop during the entire install. We could t be happier with an insulation provider who was truly solid with their word, pricing and time. Thank you Dean, the installers and Nc Foam Pros!

Comments: Dean and his crew were professionals from start to end. My attic was severely under-insulated. I had over 3,000 square feet of attic space to fill to an R38 from my current R value. Dean was able to work with me and get the job done in a timely and cost-effective manner. NC Foam Pros were the only company that remained true to their original quote and did not try to quickly back-track the price. I couldn't recommend this business enough, and I immediately (same-day) felt the difference in my home.

Work Description: Exterior Dense Pack

Comments: I had seen my neighbor getting her walls done by NC Foam Pros and was quite intrigued so I asked them what they were doing and Dean was very helpful with the explanation of the benefits to re-insulating my house from the exterior that I went ahead and scheduled to get my house done. The crew came about two weeks after. Start to finish in roughly 5 hours all from the exterior. I love it, less noise from the road. Checkout these guys at NC Foam Pros group of young hardworking men!

Comments: Hired NC Foam Pros for the entire lake house appx 5200sqft when their bid came in less than the others. Dean was great at walking us through the process and being on time on install day. James, Noah and Anthony from the install team were quick and worked in formation it was great to see. Entire install was finished same day and we passed inspection the following day. I highly recommend this company and team like I’m still shocked how three guys knocked it out the same day. Thank you NC Foam Pros I’ll reach out on the next Build!
