Comments: I can't imagine finding a bad review anywhere for Frank Wu and his team at Natural Flooring. BEAUTIFUL job. This is the 2nd home Frank has helped me with. Not only is he prompt, quick to respond, courteous and knowledgeable, but keeps his word. That is super important to me. Frank had to endure my nightmare HOA management company, for over a month. And he did all he could to help. He even responded to questions while he was on vacation in China. I cannot say enough good things about Frank and his team. I've gotten so many compliments on the floor, and I know it's done right.

Frank was very professional and gave me several chioices without any pressure. His quality and efficiency spoke for itself. He was finished before schedule. The cleanup was perfect. My entire house was refloored and ready for the moving company to move my belongings into my house the next day. I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Frank Wu explained the material, warranty, length of time needed to install, various picture on what the finishing product will look like, and an estimate cost. Mr. Wu appeared to be knowledgeable in the flooring business. I felt he gave his honest opinon on the type of floor wood/color would be approprate for the home. He conducted himself in respectful/professional manner. His presentation was less than an hour and pleasant.
