Work Description: New siding, roof and chimney
Comments: Every once in a while you get lucky; I got very lucky. Maria and the Allstate crew were outstanding. They paid a great deal of attention to detail when it came to residing our house and garage. The difference between how it was originally done and the quality of their work wasn't even comparable it was so much better. They pointed out various and obvious places of rot and fixed them and put new insulation on prior to the siding. Our garage roof looks great.Our 1941 chimney was in the process of falling down and they did a beautiful job both inside and outside rebuilding that. But there is more to a job than just the quality of work. They were on time, worked long hours and were always available if I had a question. We left our house many a day while they were working inside and out and never doubted the integrity or honestly of this crew. Needless to say, their contact information will be staying in my phone. I've had many projects done over the last 30+ years and this was by far, the best contracting experience.

Comments: Came and gave an estimate. Accepted estimate. Set date for 9-3-24.Didn't show up. Called and was told they were tied up on a job but would be there that day. Called later and said they would have to come another day. Said they could come on 9-9-24 if that was ok. I left a message stating it was OK. They still haven"t showed up or called.
