HERE IS HOW OUR ELECTRIC SERVICE WORKS:
When you call the office during normal business hours ( 8am-5pm), you will talk to a live person. We will listen to your electrical needs and discuss options. Same Day service is available in most cases. There are two different billing methods for our service. Troubleshooting requires a diagnosis fee billed in increments of each ½ hour. All other services are billed as a Flat Rate Fee. You don’t have to worry about “watching” the clock. Doesn’t matter if it takes 2hrs or 4hrs it’s the same Flat Rate Fee for the entire project. Example: Installed 110 Outlet: $69.00 Flat Rate Fee. This includes labor and materials!
