Work Description: replace rotten siding
Comments: The wrong size siding was used after Mata was told where to buy and sample piece provided. He used siding too large to match existing rotten wood which was included in the estimate. The painting on the wood was streaked from one end of the house to the other. He told me he would "explain" why. Something about the beveling he did. What? I didn't care why, it needed to be fixed. He expected $2850.00 for one day!!!!! Not what we discussed. That for 2 laborers with whom I could not communicate and a half done job done with the wrong siding.-
