Work Description: Junk Removal
Comments: I spoke with Alex and told him what I wanted removed. I also sent pictures as well and stated that I was only looking to spend $100 for the items to be picked up. After sending the pictures and he agreed to my price we scheduled a pickup that day. Once he arrived and looked around, he told me that this job would normally be $250. I was like really. Before I could tell him to just leave it, he followed up by saying don't worry about it "we're here now. He loaded the items and then we did a Zelle payment. I had him request the payment amount since I had difficulty putting him my payment option. He sent a request of $115 instead of the $100 we agreed on. When i asked where did the extra $15 came from he said he told me he said that amount at the end of our phone call. I did not hear that amount during the discussion, and he spoke in a way that was somewhat difficult for me to understand. I paid it, but please know that I will never use them again nor will I recommend this company to my neighbors who are looking to do a clean-out in a few weeks. This seems to be a normal practice for a lot of companies out in Georgia. They want to bully you into overpaying especially if they are speaking to someone who is unfamiliar with pricing. I will be changing how I deal with them going forward.-
