Work Description: Unethical upsells and destruction of property
Comments: system checked in May prior to the weather getting hot. I had a technician review it and tell me it needed some services, which I agreed to. Another technician went to the site and then proceeded to tell me that the whole system needed to be replaced. He proceeded to unscrew an important component and left the site without telling anyone what he did. When he called me to have me agree to replace the less than 10 year old system, I told him I needed to contact the warranty company because it was under warranty.As a result of him unplugging the system the way he did and leaving it powered on, and not telling the inhabitants to leave the AC off - it permanently damaged the system. I contacted my warranty company and they sent a second company to do a second optinion. Upon inspection from that company, they noted that the damage appeared to be intentional. I notified Mountain view immediately and was given the run around for almost two months. The issue was escalated to a manager that refused to take my calls or the calls from the other HVAC company who was trying to get someone out there to show them the damage that had been done by their technician. I tried for weeks and weeks to get help with no avail.
This company not only damaged my unit, voided my warranty, made empty promises and did not come through with repairing the system, they wasted my time, pointed fingers and were completely unprofessional. I gave them until JULY to resolve the issue to any level of satisfaction - even escalating it to the new manager who said they would talk to the owner. I NEVER got a call back. By July the heat was unbearable and unsafe. I had to hire another company to fix the issue. I will NEVER use this company again. Buyer beware. They are unreliable, terrible at communicating and will try to upsell you with a new system, when you don't really need one.

Work Description: Hvac water heater furnace a/c
Comments: The guys were great. Fast quote, maybe a little too fast, one project that was important got overlooked, but GM said he would fix it. Otherwise everything was good. Job took a minute due to weather and busy time of year. Did have another contractor out for another service that asked a ton of questions and started some drama and scared me a little but the GM was able to sort it all out. Jess and Whitney had some permit issues, but not their fault as city of Pueblo website was down I guess again due to weather. Bobby forgot to schedule an inspection but all minor stuff I hope, once done I should be awesome! Still mid process so hoping they will be out to clean the ducts, do the inspection and get the swamp cooler soon. Also hope it passes because some new rules in Pueblo may mean a special deal contractor had to do this work. Sure it wont be an issue, they are on it for the most part. I do reccomend them as they are professional, courteous and Jess is super sweet!Colorado Springs CO

Work Description: Installed a/c, heater and water heater.
Comments: I don't like dealing with mechanical/automotive issues--- they are not my forte but when our a/c went on the blitz decided to "bite the bullet" and call mtview comfort---- one of several companies. After explaining the issue Ronnie suggested a free assessment. Mike came out, diagnosed the problem and Jay explained the financing options clearly. Several days later the installation team- Eric ,Patrick, Joel, Billy and electrician Josh, were outand did a magnificent job . I couldn't be happier. This company ia a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. Yes, really. Look no further.
