I will used them for service again once my other units are in need of repair or replacement. My previous experience with other HVAC contractors over the years were not enjoyable experiences. The unit was installed on July 6 and there have been ongoing problems ever since. Today is July 23. Comments: After a horrifying experience from the previous HVAC servicer which left me in the situation that I found myself in (Summer rapidly approaching and AC unit down). I decided to ask a friend if he knew anyone that does AC repair. I got the name Fitzroy Moses and immediately recognized it from his business card I received years prior. I placed a call on Saturday approximately 10am and he arrived at my residence about half hour later. He was quick to identify the problem and offered a variety of solutions and options. Shortly thereafter, we agreed on a reasonable price and an action plan was in place. Moses returned as promised the following day, Easter Sunday after attending Church to start working. His professional approach was admirable as he took great care to protect flooring and furniture while moving material for the job. Within a few hours, my new unit was up and running. The knowledge, experience, professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail that he displayed has earned him a customer for life.
