Work Description: Put new flapper in tank. The one he had in his truck was a universal brand, so after saying, this should work, he took the time to flush a few times to make sure it worked. And...instead of emptying his trash in my wastebasket, he emptied my wastebasket into his bag.
He was also very solicitous of my mobility constrictions and didn't mind at all that my house was not very clean due to those constrictions. A really nice man and a good plumber.
