Comments: DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! I hired Morris and his crew 4 years ago to build a composite deck for me, and I am now in the process of having that same deck rebuilt by another contractor because it was done incorrectly! The deck is currently sloping and starting to come apart. Come to find out it was not framed properly and it is also not up to code. The first set of problems came to light a week or so after the deck was built when I realized one of the railings was not even attached to the deck posts and no support blocks were added to the rails to keep them from sagging. I reached out to Morris to correct, and he admitted that corners were cut during the project and he would send one of his guys out to address the issues. Someone from his team came back and placed pieces of broken plastic pipe where the support blocks should have gone, but never addressed the detached railing issues. When I reached back out to Morris I got no response. Fast forward four years later, and now all of the other "cut corners" are being revealed and I'm having to pay more to have the deck reframed and repaired. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Comments: Misrepresented what completed job was. Showed pics of other jobs done and how mine would look. I feel like the deck is incomplete on the front. Was told I would be able to add gate. Cannot due to the length left open. Told step would be done and was not he said it was within code would not have to add. I am fearful that company or myself will trip trying to get up on deck. Took materials that were not used that I paid for. Besides those issues job was nicely done just not completed as I expected

Comments: Mo & his crew were fantastic!!! They answered every question I had ( And I had a LOT). at one point I thought I was slowing them down or bothering them & the young guy (Shacari) said that I could never bother them. And I thought that was so sweet. My home sustained a lot if damage from the hurricane. So Thank you Mo & crew. I'd recommend them all day everyday.
