David, the project manager that I worked with was knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. A professional installation team carried out the work to the highest standard, paying close attention to details. Besides the look, custom patio cover provide much needed shade, and the Belgard pavers have added beauty and sophistication to the space. The artificial turf was a great choice, as it requires zero maintenance and looks amazing. It’s hard to find a better company in terms of quality, professionalism, and attention to detail than them. The final result of my backyard looks much better then on 3D design. Belgard porcelain pavers are high quality, look amazing and durable. All our friends who visit us since we moved are jealous now, and asking who did it for us!After we moved into our new house, so many people were knocking on our door proposing their services. We didn't want to deal with small contractors although their prices were cheap, as people say you get what you paid for... especially after you paid them money where you will find these guys with a truck if they disappear and leave the project in the middle? Or if you need a service after the project is done??
My husband and I wanted a piece of mind and we met with a couple of companies. I will not mention the names.. but we had a really bad experience with one of the companies where they trained their sales reps with hard sales tactics and deceptive techniques to make us sign the contract!
We were so stressed and almost decided to postpone the project, but one of our neighbors recommended booking an appointment with Morris Brothers Construction and Development. That's how we met Andrey, he was super professional and listened to what we wanted to achieve. Since we weren't sure what exactly we want to do, Andrey asked if we want to start the project by doing a 3D design first, and build only after we have a design concept ready. Looking back I do not regret spending money on the design and I think it was the right idea! I wanted to be sure I will love our backyard for many years, especially taking into consideration the money involved.
Now our backyard is transformed with new pavers, artificial turf, retaining wall and stepping stones exactly as in the design, but the final result is even better! Thanks to everyone involved in the project. I highly recommend Morris Brothers Construction and Development to anyone and will definitely hire them again for future projects!

Comments: We recently moved into our house in Santa Clarita and was looking for a local landscape contractor to change all cracked concrete in the backyard including area around the pool. After meeting with couple contractors we decided to go with Morris Brothers Construction and Development and we are so happy with how our backyard turned out!Andrey was a big help in choosing the right materials for the project. He was really easy to work with, always there to answer our questions, brought us samples to help visualize the 3D design done by Lina an amazing designer!
The work was done fast and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves. Our pool is a bit of an odd shape, which required some very customized pavers cutting and the team handled it with no problem. The final work looks amazing! All in all, we were really happy with Morris Brothers Construction and Development and would definitely recommend them.
