Comments: At this point of the game I've only had contact with the salesman and the guy who followed to take window measurements. So far both did a great job. Now I wait 6 to 8 weeks for windows and work to be done

Comments: My elderly parents paid Kirk Morgan more than $10k to replace windows in their home last July. When the installation crew showed up they had the wrong windows, and a new set had to be ordered, delaying the installation another six weeks.

Less than one week after the installation one of the windows literally fell apart, the glass broke, bending the frame. Immediately Will Conaway was called and after seeing pictures he promised the window would be replaced free of charge. THIS WAS NOVEMBER 4, 2024!!

In February Will Conaway made an appointment to replace the window on March 1. No one showed up, no one called. My parents have been calling continuously, being given nothing but excuses, if anyone bothers to answer the call.

Do not do business with Kirk Morgan or Will Conaway if you expect any level of customer service.
We sincerely apologize for any delays and frustration this situation has caused. After reviewing our records, it appears that the window was damaged approximately a month after installation. As soon as we were notified on November 4, 2024, we immediately ordered a replacement sash. Unfortunately, as with your original window order, the manufacturing process takes approximately 8-12 weeks. The replacement sash arrived at our warehouse after nine weeks and is now ready for installation. We truly regret the extended timeline and any inconvenience this has caused. Please know that we take our warranty commitments seriously, and we are reaching out to schedule the installation as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

Comments: The sales rep arrived on time and helped me find the solution I needed for my vertical siding that was rotting at the bottom. He spent time showing me the options that are available and went into details the benefits of each one.

I feel very confident with the choice I made and appreciate the patience and understanding of the sales rep. I will definitely suggest Morgan Exteriors to family and friends when I hear they are in need of exterior home improvement.

Of course, I will be reaching out to Morgan Exteriors when I have another project I need assistance with completing.

David arrived in a timely manner and gave a very professional presentation. He explained each and every step along the way. We were happy to get the discounts he offered. I can not finish the contract until I get back from a business trip to Scottsdale, AZ. I will make contact with David once I get back to move forward.
