Comments: We hired Molina Home Improvement at the end November of 2022 to put in a screened in porch. We gave him a deposit to start. He had a group of people that came in (because Jesus was too busy on other projects) and they absolutely had no idea what they were doing. One of the drains was actually going straight through the screen. I actually had to go back over the stain myself because there were multiple spots missing. (Later he said he had to fire them).In 2023, the job did not even get finished until October. Our first big rain the ceiling came down and I texted that I would like it fixed. He never responded. We finally got frustrated and had a temporary solution done until he could get time to fix it.
Fast forward to January 2024. It is still not fixed and he had multiple excuses. I gave him every chance to just make it right. I even said As of May of 2024 to just fix the leak and that is all we care about that I would fix the rest.
Radio silence. I have been very very patient and did not want to do this but people need to be warned.

Comments: Do not use this company. Turned a half day job into 3 days and still didn’t do it right. When I texted about the issues I needed fixed I was told he would fix it then no showed and said he was sick and would be back then I reached back out and got nothing.
