I recently had the unfortunate experience of my property being damaged by a storm, and I had two other contractors assess the situation. The difference with Modification R&R was truly remarkable. While the other two contractors didn't convey a sense of urgency, MR&R came across as incredibly prepared. They seemed to have a clear plan in place and the right team ready to start work immediately, especially considering the potential rain damage to the roof.
