Comments: Very Slopy work. I am picking up nails and debris from the demo till today. All facia boards were replaced but when the new facia board was installed a few (8-10) rafters did not line up with facia boards; leaving large gaps.Original delivery of shingles was the wrong color. the leaf guard was of low quality. The painting of the facia boards was poor quality.
They had 2 contractors licenses, and we were asked to write checks to the one for home remodeling instead of modern roofing even though all of the paperwork was written under moder roofing. checks were drafted as cashier's checks. I had requested a payment schedule but did not receive one. The intermediate inspection of the plywood sheeting as never conducted.
