Comments: Boy, was I lucky to meet Tom. He was one of three concrete professionals who visited my property and submitted a bid for the job. He was more thorough in his initial assessment and plan for how he would prep and complete the work. He was thoughtful and clear and his communication skills are excellent. Immediately it was clear to me that he knows he is an experienced professional. His contract was detailed and exact. His price was the best! He and his crew were invariably polite and eager to do quality work. They all included me in discussions and answered my questions.
