Work Description: Horrible work and horrible customer service

Comments: Where do I begin? I was out of town and my 74 year old mother got a couple of quotes for her fence. Of course, she chose the cheaper one. First, the quote was verbal. When the man got to the house he said it was for labor only. So, the price went up to include materialls. Whille the man was hanging the fence my mom said she told him it looked like it was not going to be straight. He told her once it was all hung that it would be straight. Fast forward to today. I get home and go to look at her fence. It is horrible! The gate doesn’t lock. There’s a screw where the lock goes. Check the pics for yourself. Yes, she paid him. So, I called the man and tried to explain the fence looked horrible. He said he didn’t understand. Then, he proceeded to curse and yell at me. He said he will not be coming out here to fix anything. Needless to say, I told him I would write a review and he said he doesn’t give a f@$k! So, a word of advice, do not use the services of Mr John Mitchell of Mitchell’s Home Repairs.
