Comments: MET WITH MURRAY RICHERSON AND THE ADJUSTER FOR ROOF INSPECTION. WAS PHYSICALLY HERE DURING MOST OF THE ROOF REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION. PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. SERVICE OVERALL WAS EXCELLENT .ACTUAL INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD.HAVING HAD ROOF REPLACEMENT IN THE PAST, THIS EXPERIENCE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE INSOFAR AS ABILITY TO DISCUSS AND UNDERSTAND THE WORK TO BE DONE.-
