Work Description: Basement remodel
Comments: This has been a smooth experience from the start. The initial walk through to discuss the project included Don providing us with various ideas & his quote was very detailed describing the work that would be done. Once we decided to go with Mile’s Richmond Don was very helpful as we picked out our materials. The crew that did the work showed up every day ready to go & were courteous throughout. Don also communicated with us throughout the project to update us as needed. The transformation from an ugly basement to the beautiful rooms we now will enjoy for years to come has been amazing! We would definitely recommend Don, his crew, & Miles Richmond for any project you are considering. We have some additional work that we need completed as our budget allows & will definitely consider using them for these future projects.
