Work Description: Two car 25'x26' garage with second floor living space. Complete from blueprint and site prep to turn-key. Well over $30k bid.
Comments: I spent the summer of 2008 getting to know Mike and his crew. They are absolutely terrific to work with and scrupulously honest. Whenever there was a choice to go cheap or go good, Mike ALWAYS went with the upscale option. Completely trustworthy and top, TOP quality work, including followup. His lead carpenter went way over spec with my dormers and handled all contract mods and construction obstacles with strength and grace. Mike was more than fair and prompt with contract mods and costs. I will use him exclusively in the future. Thanks, Mike!-
