Comments: Miguel did a wonderful job on a very difficult ceiling popcorn removal that in places is 19’ high. The ceiling plus the recessed light sockets he recommended painting bright white instead of black turned out incredible. He then fixed all the walls including removing a fish tank an ugly faux brick backsplash, and gritty sandpaper like wallpaper in the kitchen to then paint the main interior walls of the house. Left garbage in an empty house with showings so potential buyers saw filth. Left dirty footprints on a freshly steam cleaned floor. Visible stains were left on garage floor.
