Comments: Buyer beware!!!Unethical business practices! Below standard workmanship! Price gouging! Horrible customer service! Rocky sent 2 kids to do a job for us and linstall a bath tub. When they left the tub was not level, not secure and the valve was crooked and stuck way out. The tub spout was not secure to anything it just hung there. We had to basically go over everything to make sure it was done right and secure the tub and valve by adding backing. Do yourself a favor and "Stay away from this company", there just there to take advantage of the vulnerable homeowners who dont know better. Scamming seems to be the intent of this business, behind a so called history of pride of workmanship! When we asked about all the complaints Rockies answer was " we are getting those prices and if you dont like it dont call us"! Not exactly good business acumen or character for a business owner!

The owner called me within ten minutes of putting in the request and arranged for someone to come first thing the next morning. The guys who came were great. Very professional and took time to answer my questions. The heater ended up needing to be replaced. They went and picked up a new one and had everything set up in a little over an hour. I had a leak in one of my showers so I purchased a new faucet and shower head. Their plumber explained that he could fix the leak with a cartridge replacement without installing the new faucet. Work Description: Replace fill valve set in toilet to stop continual running
Comments: Plumber said he replaced the fill valve set with one that cost $50 that was really good and couldn't be bought at places like "Home Depot". About an hour after he left, I heard the toilet still running and it was running worse than before.I looked at the fill valve in the tank and it was a Fluidmaster 400, a cheap kit that, yes....you can get at Home Depot for about $10. The old kit is one I bought at Home Depot and installed myself about 3 years ago. It just happens to look exactly the same as the supposed new $50 kit that I was charged for.
I sent a text to Rocky, the owner, asking him to call me. When he did, he told me I was on speaker with him and the plumber who came to my house. When I told them about the toilet still running and about the fill valve being a Fluidmaster that yes...you can get at Home Depot or WalMart for $10, the plumber said "Oh...well, that's good to know", then proceeded to try and tell me that several fill valves kits are made under Fluidmaster, and some were more expensive, around $20.
Let's suppose he did replace the kit with the one that costs $20. Why would he tell me that it was $50 and so good you can't buy it at Home Depot? I don't believe for one second that he didn't know exactly what kind of fill valve kit he was installing. Especially since he told me he had been a plumber all his life. No way.
I told him I looked up the model # on the fill valve and I knew that it was a cheap $10 kit, and that I was also fairly certain that it was the same one that was in there before. He said he had before and after pictures of the kits and I asked to see those pictures.
There was a 2 or 3 second pause, then a woman speaks up saying she is the plumber's wife. She was confrontational and rude. She asked me "So, if I'm correct, what you're saying is that you don't think he did anything this morning"? I told her she was correct. Then she proceeded to tell me that they would put a stop payment on the check I gave them because she could tell that there was nothing they could do that would please me.
I told her I had already put a stop payment on the check because nothing was fixed. I told them there was no information on the part they supposedly used to replace the old one on the invoice they sent me. No part name, model, price...nothing. She cut me off yelling something at me, then hung up.
I find it interesting that the owner never spoke up once the entire time. I can't understand why he would let this woman speak for his company. I did not mention the names of the plumber or his wife because ultimately, the owner is responsible for how his employees operate.
Bottom line is I was charged for either parts and labor for a part he did not replace, or if he did, I was told the part was a good $50 fill valve kit, and he knowingly installed an inferior part, then left with the toilet running worse than it was before.
You better stay on your toes with these guys.
