Work Description: Rebuilt my front and back porches with supportive foundations in 2020 and installed casement windows which needed mortar repair and caulking. Also applied timber oil to the front porch and painted the trim on front and back porches.

Work Description: New cabinet installation. Custom made open kitchen shelves. Addition to deck. Custom made fire place mantle. Removal of popcorn ceilings.
Comments: Micheal and crew aim to please and deliver. They ask a lot of questions to best know the project and how to proceed. Go to great lengths to provide the best supplies (lumber in our case) at a good price. Cabinet install was perfect. Ceilings look superb, as do the new shelves and mantle. Comments: Hired Michael for the 3rd time this winter to do some repair work in the garage and trims. Previously replaced outside wall finish and trims as well as rebuilding deck and adding stairs. Work Description: Mostly exterior carpentry on a wood frame house replacing trim, clapboard, hanging new screen doors, repairing garage doors.
Comments: I have hired Mr. Percy 3 times since 2018 to do multiple repairs on my house. He and his 1 or 2 skilled helpers usually stay for 4 or 5 days to complete my lengthy list of tasks. He does excellent work, is a creative problem solver, stays on site until the jobs are done, does thorough clean-up and charges a fair price. I can’t say enough good things about him and his work. His excellent communication and social skills are an added bonus and make working with him easy and pleasant.Manchester NH

Comments: Mike Percy has completed several projects around my home over the past several years, both big and small, all of which have been completed on time, on budget and have exceeded expectations as far as the quality of the work done. Mike’s crew are as honest, friendly and as hard working as he is. This past summer Mike and the guys removed our rear deck and built a new deck with a screened porch. My family and I were absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We have used the back deck more since Mike finished the project than we had during the past 20 years! We have received numerous compliments from friends and family about the new deck. We have another big project scheduled with Mike for the spring.
