Comments: Did not hire. Was a worthless visit, did absolutely nothing, stayed yes less then 5 minutes and threatened to bill for a service call. The concern was a humming noice coming from one of the circuit breakers which he knew of when I contacted him but when he arrived he told me he was deaf so couldnt hear.
