Work Description: Demolish an adjoined hazard structure
Comments: I own a rental property that sustained a tremendous amount of water damage on an wall thaya adjoined to another property..Due to the roof collapsing because of heavy rain, I hired McNair and Sons to demolish the wall. The company came recommended from a real estate investor. I called Mr McNair and we met at the property the next day for an assessment and estimate. After approving, Mr McNair arrived at the property before the appointed time. He was prepared with equipment needed and employees. The wall was taken down, removed, and the material was removed with no debris left on the premises. The job was complete a day prior then the assessed time frame. Mr McNair made sure that an inspector came to make sure that the job was passed the inspection and it was certified that the structure was safe and wouldn't damage the adjoining property. I would recommend Mr McNair to anyone that needs a property demolished.Philadelphia PA
