Work Description: Replace vent fan in bathroom and replace sink stopper.

Comments: I was glad Fred V arrived early though I thought he was with another company. It took him sometime to get the job done but the cover of the vent fan fell off even when he was still here. He supposedly fixed it and assured me that it is secure and not to worry. 2 hours after he left the same cover fell again. I think he did not buy the correct vent fan. I called him and he promised to come back in 2 hours only to call back that he will not be able. He promised to come back with the “correct” vent fan tomorrow.

I’m very disappointed because we have visitors from Norway tonight, reason I needed the job done today. I hope the job gets fixed for good tomorrow!!!!
