Comments: Service professional provided me w/ estimate of 4 days to complete project, in fact he took 8 days spread out over 2 weeks to do so. he said he'd start work at 0800, then arrived to work at noon. That breach of his word destroyed my trust right from the start, and while the quality of his work turned out to be highly satisfactory, I would never again hire the same handyman to do any of my home projects because he didn't show up to work when he said he would, and I believe it took 3 times as long to finish the job because of that.
This project included the following details: Install 54 full sheets of plywood in an upstairs attic, raise parts of attic rafters in 3 locations so that plywood is installed above recess lighting, Install 8 lights throughout the attic, widen attic entrance, move insulated ducting around. So for this project to be finished in 4 days would have been impossible. I gave her a good price and I did good work for her. Plus I installed a chandelier in a different location in her room and fixed a hole in her kitchen that insulation was falling through from.

Comments: Excellent - very pleased!
We are at a stopping faze, I've replaced 3 ceiling fans, installed new dimmer switches for them, placed mirrors and pictures in walls, assembled 2 beds, connected washer and dryer systems with plugs and connections, installed cabinets in the kitchen, leveled base cabinets because flooring was unleveled by 1 1/4", secured 2 t.v 'a to the walls. Georgia has the countertop company scheduled for the next few weeks to install the counter before I go back and finish installing the sink and making finishing touches to the kitchen.

Work Description: The handyman did not show for our scheduled appointment nor did he call to cancel. I do not know the reason for the no-show.

I did not schedule any appointment with this lady as I have not responded to the majority of the leads I have received from Networx. I have been extremely busy with a lot of my previous customers I have received from Networx it has made it nearly impossible for me to respond to new leads.
