Work Description: Bamboo removal

Comments: First of all, they have changed their name their last company had MANY complaints about the exact things that I experienced. I would have never hired them if I had seen those reviews. But I did hire them to remove a bunch of bamboo. I asked before hiring them if they were able to get rid of the roots. They assured me that they"had a machine that would grind them all up". Well, they cut down the bamboo. Then sent out the machine (several days after they said it would be here). It ended up being a stump grinder which gets nowhere near the bulb. They couldn't get to some of the areas with the larger grinder and instead of sending out a smaller one they just took a hundred off the price. Well, it's now about 3 weeks later and all of the bamboo is growing back. Nothing they did accomplished anything. I now have to spend an additional $9000 to have someone come out and do it the right way. They also took several days to remove the debris and tried several times to get me to pay before the work was done. They also told me that there was a tree that they hit most of the roots on and that I should remove it. They quoted me $2400 I thought that seemed high so I waited. I am now having 8 trees removed for $4200. Do your due diligence before highering this company or do the same thing and just move on to one of the 50 other companies that do this work right.

Comments: This company is terrible. They are not trustworthy. They did the job well but when it came time to remove the huge logs they left me hanging with all of it. I now have to pay someone $700 to do what they were paid to do. Don’t answer my calls or my texts anymore. Not trustworthy don’t hire them!

Horrible company. They cut down the tree but left me with huge logs that need a forklift to remove. Now I have to hire someone to remove the logs. Smh

The consumer only paid for the tree being cut down but didn't want to pay for the tree removal from the Property Enough said!!! And have a blessed day
