Work Description: Tree Limb Removal & Trimming Estimate
Comments: I am a past customer of Mauro's Tree Service. So when I needed a limb removed/tree trimmed I reached out to them. After speaking to someone they asked that I text them my contact number/address. Didn't hear back from them - then finally got an estimate/appointment schedule for the past Sunday 5/12/24 - they cancelled stating they would get back to me to reschedule - NOTHING. It's been well over a week - still NOTHING. They reached out Sat 5/11/24 wanting to run by since they were in the area - scheduled 10am - NO SHOW! Should NOT be this hard to schedule an appointment/estimate meeting - after numerous calls/voice messages/text - still NOTHING! If I could give them a ZERO - I would.Springfield VA

Work Description: Tree Removal and replace backyard with new sod.
Comments: Mauro’s Tree Service is a wonderful company to work with. They removed two of my very large pine trees, and did an excellent job. They also completely redid my back yard, with brand new sod. It looks absolutely beautiful. They are very professional, and caring when working with their customers. I highly recommend them!!-
